Who We Are

MARY JO NASH
Director of Quality and Audit
Mary Jo is an experienced aged care, home care and disability industry professional, specialising in risk identification, quality, compliance and auditing.
With a background of auditing against the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and managing quality and risk for both large and smaller aged care and disability groups, Mary Jo has highly developed skills in continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, cultural change and relationship management.
Mary Jo is a passionate advocate for the aged care and disability industries and with her diversity of experience, applies her project management experience and skills to achieve successful outcomes for businesses she is associated with.

JOHN SARGENT
CEO
John is a hands-on IT manager who is motivated by developing & implementing IT systems that add real value to business functions and improve customer & employee engagement.
He is passionate about building IT systems as enablers to automate & streamline processes so that operations run efficiently.
John brings a wealth of IT experience to JPS, having worked for various large global companies in the Finance, Mining, and Retail industries.

PAUL DAVIES
Finance and Operations Director
Paul has 17 years experience working in a multitude of industries in the financial management field and supporting smaller regional organisations, large Australia wide organisations, as well as 2 years working in the UK. Most recently Paul has run his own business consulting business for the past 3 years providing financial analysis for owners/management so they are better equipped to make clear financial decisions.

STUART WARD
Director
Stuart has been an international senior finance professional for over 20 years operating within large multi-nationals and listed corporations. He currently sits on multiple boards and is the co-founder of Australia’s largest clinical pharmacy service provider to the aged care sector.
He has extensive experience in leading international teams in multiple disciplines and industries. In 2011, Stuart returned to Australia after spending over a decade working in the UK markets.
Since returning he has specialized in start-ups and turnaround opportunities, highlighted by leading the implementation of the WH Smith business in Australia and the successful merger of all the Australia Post, e-Services business units into one. He created two more successful start-ups in disability and health and is now focusing his efforts in helping humanitarian services become successful and sustainable in attaining their goals.
OUR PERSONNEL
All audit personnel engaged by JPS Audit Specialists have successfully completed the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission training.
Our assurance to you that our auditors are screened for suitability and have undergone probity checks which include reference checks, National Police Record Check, Working with Children Check or Vulnerable Person Check.
Our auditors are trained, mentored and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure they are professional in conduct and are client engagement trained. All JPS auditors have worked in the health and human services sector.
Our auditors are assessed for competence and knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and registration groups. They are matched to the NDIS provider to ensure the audit team has the right competence skill set and the capability to work with you and your team through the audit process.
